How to Develop Your Own Sense of Style – LifeSavvy
Fashion is the perfect way to show off your unique traits to the world. People with good trendy fashion style pay attention to the colors, cuts, and fabric of the clothes they wear. The options are endless! Experiment and find out what kind of clothing flatters and Kancan shorts your figure and expresses your unique personality. After all, the best style there is yours!

Identify your style

You don’t need to look at fashion magazines to get inspired. You can find different styles everywhere. Watch your favorite movie again and identify what kind of clothes the characters wear. There must be someone in your life whose style inspires you, look to them for advice.

Set some parameters to guide you with your style

Don’t be afraid to mix up some styles; for example the punk style with the country style.

Plan your style

After setting some rules for yourself, think about what clothes you could wear to accomplish what you have in mind. Start small and consider including accessories that are easy to find like a denim jacket or a pair of UGG boots.

Look at the windows of fashion stores

This will give you an idea of what’s hot and give you a chance to see what accessories you like and what you don’t.

Dress to express yourself

Dressing with style does not have a rule book. You know your body and yourself. Style comes from within you, it depends on your personality and your aspirations. It’s okay to like clothes that are in fashion; however, if you are going to buy it, think twice before doing so. Take certain aspects of the trends, but always keep your personality.

Create a scrapbook

In a notebook, paste photos of the styles you like and make notes of the outfits you see. When you have a fashion dilemma or need to go shopping, look through your album and find the outfits you like.

Renew your wardrobe

Go through your clothes and organize them into three different piles: keep, maybe, and give away. Have a creative eye and think about how you could adapt your current clothes to the style you have in mind. Give your old clothes away to your friends or try selling them at a thrift store.

Be careful with name brand clothing

You do not need to buy exclusively branded clothing. The most important rule to have a good style is not to depend on brands. So you don’t need to wear Gucci or American Eagle to be stylish. It doesn’t depend on what you wear, but how you wear it.

Create your own style

Use current trends to guide your style, not dictate it. Wear what you want. Think about what you would like people to gain from your style. What does your outfit convey to a stranger? Keep this in mind as you brainstorm ideas for your style
