Why can I only select one sample from each brand in my kit?
In order for every BeautyArmy member to have a chance to try each brand that we sample, we limit each kit to having one sample from each brand. We try to sample enough of each product to last for several months, so if you want to try another sample from that brand, visit us next month and add them into your future kit. If you really want to make sure you can try so samples, you can pre-order BeautyArmy Kits for any given month.
Why can I only select one of each sample?
In order for every BeautyArmy member to have a chance to try each product that we sample, we only allow each customer to try each sample once in a kit. Our team works hard to make sure that each sample we put in your kit has enough product to make sure you can find out how much you love it. If you find that perfect product for you, be sure to visit our full-size shop to buy some before your sample runs out!
When do you get new samples?
We are constantly working with our brand partners to get new and exciting products for you to try. We add products as soon as we have them ready to ship from our warehouse so check back often to see what we have added. Products can be sampled anytime from when they are released until we run out!
Why can I only purchase one kit a month?
To ensure all of our members have the chance to purchase a kit, we limit our members to one kit a month.
Why do you have monthly kits if they are all different?
Since we limit our members to one kit a month, we refer to our sample kits as monthly kits even though each one is tailored for you by you. You can buy a kit anytime between the first and last days of the month. You can buy your kit in a given month on any day and you can decide what day you want to buy each month and it can be different each month. There are no restrictions or limitations based on when you previously purchased a kit.
Do you have subscriptions for your kits?
No, BeautyArmy no longer offers subscriptions for our sample kits. We believe in helping women find the best products for them, not in adding to “sample waste”. We know everyone is different how many samples they want and when they want them. So, BeautyArmy has no commitments for how many kits you buy and when you buy them. If you don’t feel like a kit one month, you don’t have to buy one. Whenever you are searching for new products for you, you can get a BeautyArmy Kit.
Is there a “best” day of the month to buy my kit?
Just like with beauty products, the “best” is based on you. You can purchase any day of the month. When we bring on new samples, we always ensure they will be available for at least a month (unless we find a great sample with limited quantity that is extra special…in which case we will inform our members by social media and our newsletters before we release it). We bring on samples as soon as we have them available for you throughout the month. So, there is no “best” day in terms of sample selection. We ship on demand as fast as we can. This means the day after you buy your kit, it is being built by our warehouse and shipped out. Due to pre-orders that are fulfilled on the first of each month, shipping can be slightly longer if you order around the very end or beginning of a month.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for all BeautyArmy Sample Kits. Your Kit will only ever cost you $12.00 plus any applicable taxes.
How long does it take for a kit to ship?
We ship from our warehouse in Northern California with USPS. The average shipping time is four days with orders being delivered to the East Coast taking slightly longer. Orders can take longer if ordered around the first of the month due to processing of pre-ordered kits. If your kit takes longer than 14 days from when you ordered it to reach you, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kits shipped outside the continental US may take longer to arrive.
Can I track my Kit once it is shipped?
Once our warehouse has processed your kit, you will receive an email letting you know your kit has shipped. There will be a USPS tracking number in that email for you to follow your kit’s journey from us to you.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are hoping to expand in the near-future.
Gift Certificates and Credits
How do I use my gift certificates or credits?
If you have received a gift certificate or credits for BeautyArmy Sampling Kits, they will appear on your account page. They will also be at the bottom of your cart and at the top of your checkout window. Simply click on the coupon you wish to apply to receive that discount.
How do I purchase gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available for purchase here. You can purchase credits for 1,3,6, or 12 kits. If you purchase 12 kits, you receive only pay for eleven and get the twelfth one free! You will be able to have the credits sent to you or directly to the lucky recipient via email. Remember, we do not ship kits out when you purchase your gift certificates, the recipient must build their own kit before we ship so that they get the products that are perfect for them!
How does pre-ordering work?
Each monthly kit is available from the first day of the month. Pre-orders are a great way to purchase a kit right now for a birthday or any other special day in the future. If you want to purchase a kit in advance for yourself or a friend, select the month you are interested from the list here. The kit order will be sent to the warehouse on the first of the month you purchased and shipped from there.
Do I have to pay now for pre-orders?
No, you will only be charged on the first of the month that you selected. If your payment is declined, we will notify you and hold your kit until you can update your billing information.
Can I change the samples I selected after I purchased a pre-order?
No, once you have purchased your pre-order you cannot change the samples you have selected for that pre-order. You can cancel your pre-order anytime before the first of the month that kit is supposed to ship.
How can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before the day it is sent to our warehouse. If you go to your account page, you will see your pre-order and can cancel from there. You cannot cancel an order after it has been sent to our warehouse.
Are the samples in my pre-order guaranteed?
Yes, once you place your pre-order, your samples are secured for that order. You will be shipped the samples that you selected.
Refunds, returns, cancellations and missing/damaged products
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Once an order has been sent to our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are final once they have been placed.
Can I get a refund for my kit or gift certificate?
In order to maintain affordability of our sample kits for all of our members, we do not offer refunds on kits that have been ordered. We also cannot offer refunds for gift certificates once they have been purchased. All orders are final.
Can I return my kit?
We cannot accept any returned products or kits from our members for health and safety reasons.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within 14 days of ordering, please contact our team at email@example.com for assistance.
I got my kit but there is a missing or damaged product. What should I do?
If your kit was damaged or you were missing a sample from your kit, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
