The Rhinoplasty Consultation
You’ll never be able to have a nose job without a thorough consultation period before hand. This is when you’ll meet with the cosmetic surgeon to discuss the pros, cons, and steps involved in the rhinoplasty. This is also the time that the doctor will decide if you are actually the ideal candidate for the procedure.
Who is the Ideal Rhinoplasty Candidate?

You also might experience a headache, swelling, bruising, or numbness. After the first day, you’ll feel better but you won’t be completely healed.
You can expect to be out of commission for at least one week after the procedure, possibly even two. The major swelling and bruising should subside after the first week, but you will still experience some tenderness.
